First, I have gathered over the past fifteen years much experience in business and in the academic world, which led me to develop... the ability to translate texts from English to Portuguese, whether for lectures, classes, advisory or the courses that I attended. Second, I want to stay at home as long as possible to take care of my 87-year-old mother, and being a translator helped me in this need.
In the past years, I served as a consultant and principal at firms such as Gemini Consulting, PwC Consulting and IBM Global Business Services, where there are three spoken languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish, and I developed most of my language skills in these companies. My formal education in translation was performed through the Translation Course by Logos.
I'm getting my doctorate in business administration at the University of Liverpool - UK (2011 - 2014);
I got my International Executive MBA at FIA-USP/ Vanderbilt, and an academic Master's degree in business administration at USCS. I also specialized in organizational design, operation services, business process management and project management in countries like Brazil, France, England and the United States over the past fifteen years.
Besides being a translator and lecturer, I'm a teacher in Brazilian institutions as FIA-USP, FIAP and Trevisan. Additionally, I co-authored the book ‘Project Pain Reliever: A Just-In-Time Handbook for Anyone Managing Projects’, published in 2012 in the USA.
