This poll appears to come a little too late? Or too early? Wish I could say this (coming) summer was great and provided me with lots of work, but... my crystal ball is currently under repair.

Is summer in winter a consequence of climate changes or the result of Quick Poll suggestions that «sit in the drawer» waiting to be approved and, when they are, nobody looks at them to see if they've missed their chance?

Perhaps the timing isn't all that off. After all, there is indeed summer in the southern hemisphere. Consequently, it all depends on one's location.

That was my thought too, but according to another recent poll here the vast majority of us are in Europe, so what Teresa said seems more likely.

A relative lives in Edmonton, Alberta.
Effective temperatures went down to nearly -40C yesterday.
Even for Canucks, that's a tad chilly.

Quieter than the beginning of the year, but still busier than the end. The end of the year seems to be the end of my career. It's over.

I can't predict my work in a few months to come, but I'm optimistic that it will bring me good projects!
As for summer, here it feels like AI: cold, artificial, and completely clueless 😁
Very little work in January and even less this month.
Half a page this week, then today they all woke up and sent me 4 projects, all for Friday.
As my grandmother used to say, "it's either a hunger or a burst".
