I have been teaching recently and would like very much to start networking with other translators not to loose contact with my profession and catch up with the latest news on the field

venue
Mar 11, 2010
Hello everybody,
the venue for our next powwow is confirmed, same as last month:
The King & Queen 1 Foley Street London W1P 7LE
020 7636 5619
See you there on Saturday, 27 March, from 3-6pm and do let me know if there's anything you'd like to present or discuss. If nothing particular comes up, we'll probably do another round of speed-networking as that seems to create a good atmosphere!

Powwow reminder
Mar 26, 2010
Hello everybody,
I'm looking forward to our powwow tomorrow! As I haven't received any specific requests or suggestions, this will be an informal networking session, possibly started off with an icebreaker game.
Just as a reminder and for all the newbies:
The owner of the pub lets us use the function room for free in return for 1 GBP donation per person for the McMillan nurses (cancer care). Please remember to bring a coin!

The function room is upstairs (through the door marked 'private').
