Back in Kinshasa Debora works in her law firm and negotiated the proposed joint venture for the Congolese Government and South Korean private companies which led to the creation in 2003 of Congo Korea Telecoms today called Standard Telecom. The new Unify D.R Congo created the national observatory of human right in 2004; she held the position of special envoy of the President of the National Observatory of Human Right in the cabinet and gets married during the same year.
She left the Congo D.R in 2005, settles in the United Kingdom of Great Britain under a political asylum in 2007. She then gives birth to her two children, Sophie Fortune in 2005 and Ian Ralph fortune in 2006 and divorced in 2007. Since then, she owns company Diversity Translation Service recognized under British law specialize in translation, interpreting and consultancy of African languages. She wears successively as CI (Community Interpreter) and Miti (Member of the institute of Translation and Interpreting) becoming the first black African to be a member from the British Institution for five languages ( French, English, Swahili, Lingala, Kikongo ) her business is a successful in USA and Great Britain.
In January 2011, Debora is listed as an Assistant to Counsel at the International Criminal Court (The Hague) and March 8, 2011, celebrating the 100th day of the international women day, she is the plebiscite in the year 2011 in the town of Blackburn and Darwen Greater Manchester.
