My legal expertise is also one of the reasons why the ECB appointed me as an external Lawyer-Linguist for the period 2009-2013, having worked in-house at the ECB in Frankfurt for a total of over 3 months since October 2009; also, I have translated a total 150,000 words of different legal texts for the ECB in remote assignments.
