Öppnar upp tidigare incision efter den högersidiga kraniektomin. Det Buktar omedelbart ut organiserat hematom med infekterat utseende. Rensuger. Der ligger ganska adherent mot insidan av den skaftade hudlambån och får skrapas av. Går ner mot hjärnytan. Man ser rester av uppklipta duraflikar i kanten av benlambån.
