Swedish to English Tech/Engineering Transport / Transportation / Shipping
The best translation I can get of this item in a check list of items to be inspected is "coming speed limit indication". It is part of the
BVS 544.98007 standard. I cannot give any more context as it is an item on its own. It is however to do with railway signalling. Can anyone give me a pointer in the right direction. Thanks

Förbesked is information about an approaching change in speed limit.

Förbeskedsavstånd is the distance between the point where the förbesked is given, and the point where the change in speed limit takes place.
