I'm having trouble making the part between asterisks "sound nice":

Es una organización de naturaleza asociative sin ánimo de lucro, al amparo de la Ley 152/1964 ***que ahora se modifica al amparo de lo dispuesto*** en el articulo 22 de la Constitución Española.

I think the verb "to be" before the "now" sounds better in English. Sds.
