Un programa como el propuesto (el más viable desde mi perspectiva para resolver las restricciones indicadas), con 3 períodos intensivos de clases presenciales, en el esquema modular propuesto, sería de alta atractividad, ya que le permite a los participantes volcar sus nuevas capacidades o competencias al mercado laboral, inmediatamente después de terminado cada modulo.

ESTE ES MI CLIENTE DE QUE LES HE HABLADO ANTES. NO ESCRIBE MUY CLARO...
CREO QUE LO QUE QUIERE DECIR ES QUE LAS PERSONAS QUE TOMEN ESTOS CURSOS PODRÁN APLICAR SUS NUEVOS CONOCIMIENTOS EN SUS TRABAJOS.

Las personas que tomar�n estos cursos asistir�n a un mes de clases cada seis meses y el resto de cada semestre seguir�n sus estudios por internet, para no perder sus trabajos. Por eso, mi idea es que "they will be able to turn their new competencies into THEIR current jobs". De ah� que no me calce "el mercado laboral".

Me parece que el autor queria decir "volcarse", intransitivo... o quiza "verter sus nuevas capacidades", con el sentido de "dedicarse", "esforzarse"...
