Teoricamente le due soluzioni sono valide, confermato anche dal Wörterbuch für Recht und Wirtschaft Strambaci/Mariani, che dà come prima traduzione "errato, infondato" e poi un es: "Unzutreffendes bitte streichen > Depennare le indicazioni che non interessano" (appunto nel senso "che non sono pertinenti").
