German term

Regeltermine

German to English Tech/Engineering Aerospace / Aviation / Space Organisation
Context:

"Sämtliche Details und Design – Einzelheiten sind in noch zu definierende Regelterminen abzusprechen"

My first thought here was "regular meetings", my second thought was "regulatory meetings", but I'm not sure either is right, especially since it is the Regeltermine rather than the design details that are to be defined. Strikes me as rather odd.

regularly scheduled meetings

Also commonly referred to as "jour fixe" in German. If you know how frequently these meetings are being held then you can also say something like "(regular) weekly/monthly meetings".

agree casper (X) : "Jour fixe" sounds + looks like it has walked over into German from French ?
