jours de fête

Merci.

Holidays where you actually get the day off are usually refered to as \"legal holidays\" in Canada and the US, to differentiate them from hoidays during wghich you actually go to work.

feast days

Si oui, on dit "feast days"

Definition: Days of celebration, as opposed to fast days. The primary feast day is Easter. All Sundays are miniature celebrations celebrations of Easter, and thus all Sundays are feast days. Other feast days include saint's days and all special days like Ascension, Epiphany, Holy Cross Day, etc.
