| I have to agree with Lester here. First of all, they ARE talking about something physical attached, and an opinion is something you think, while a report is something you write and hand over. Second, semantically (psycholinguistically?) speaking, for the purposes of Ana's translated document, a report is going to carry more (psychological) weight than an opinion. |
