Source text - English The purpose of this SOR is to provide the Supplier with information needed to provide a quote for equipment capable of meeting the general requirement which is to include Adaptive Hard Stuffing Line. Equipment pertaining to this SOR must comply with XXX specifications defined in the Documentation section of this document (where applicable).
The following items are minimum requirements for the equipment and must be considered by the Supplier when drafting a line concept and assembling the quote:
a) The Supplier shall proposed Pre-Sizing Adaptive Hard Stuffing Line that should be their design proved converters stuffing production line and canning process. The production line layout must be approved by XXX. New process, tooling and equipment configurations must be reviewed and approved upon by XXX Manufacturing Team before kickoff to build
b) All Equipment and Tooling must be Turn-Key and supplied to XXX “ready to run”
c) All Equipment and Tooling must achieve process takt time = load / process / unload off based on given Daily Production Volume and YYY Plant production time, see Paragraph 2.15
d) All Equipment and Tooling must meet XXX Safety and Ergonomic requirements
e) Equipment / tools must have quick-disconnect (plug in) connectors for air and electrical devices to facilitate quick changeover procedure per XXX Standards
f) Equipment / tools must have built in “Poke-Yoke” to insure that all components are loaded correctly in proper sequence and orientation in the tooling for selected variant product
Translation - Italian Il presente capitolato ha lo scopo di offrire al fornitore tutte le informazioni necessarie per formulare l’offerta di un impianto in grado di rispondere ai requisiti generali e che includa una "Linea di piantaggio morbido adattivo”. L’impianto oggetto del presente capitolato tecnico dovrà rispondere alle specifiche XXX definite nella sezione Documentazione (ove applicabile).
Nell'esecuzione del progetto preliminare e nella formulazione dell'offerta, dovranno essere prese in considerazione le seguenti caratteristiche, corrispondenti ai requisiti minimi che l'impianto dovrà presentare:
a) Il fornitore deve proporre una linea di piantaggio adattiva con pre-calibratura secondo proprio progetto, in grado di produrre convertitori e canning. Il layout della linea dovrà essere approvato da XXX. Il nuovo processo, le nuove attrezzature e le nuove configurazioni dell'impianto dovranno essere verificati ed approvati dallo staff di produzione XXX prima di poter essere avviate in costruzione.
b) L'intero impianto e le attrezzature saranno da fornire a XXX “chiavi in mano” e pronti per l'uso.
c) L’intero impianto e le attrezzature dovranno raggiungere il takt time di processo in termini di carico/ciclo/scarico sulla base del Volume di Produzione Giornaliero e del tempo di produzione dello stabilimento di YYY, come descritto al paragrafo 2.15
d) L'intero impianto e le attrezzature dovranno rispondere ai requisiti di sicurezza ed ergonomia XXX
e) Al fine di facilitare il cambio attrezzatura secondo gli standard XXX, l'impianto e le attrezzature dovranno essere dotati di connettori a sgancio rapido per i dispositivi pneumatici ed elettrici.
f) L'impianto e le attrezzature dovranno essere configurati con sistema “Poke-Yoke” per garantire che, ad ogni variante di prodotto selezionata, tutti i componenti siano caricati correttamente nell'attrezzatura, secondo la giusta sequenza e orientamento.

zur Investitionsgüterbeschaffung
1. Die für XXX kostenlose Einschulung für den Betrieb der Anlage und die Einschulung der Mitarbeiter von XXX erfolgen durch den Lieferanten fristgerecht mit Inbetriebnahme der Anlage am vereinbarten Aufstellungsort der Anlage in deutscher Sprache und umfaßt alle notwendigen und nützlichen Informationen unter anderem für Gebrauch, Instandhaltung und -setzung der Anlage.
2. Bei Widersprüchen zwischen Regelungen dieser Vereinbarung, des Pflichtenheftes, der Bestellung, der Auftragsbestätigung bzw. dem Angebot gilt die für XXX günstigste Regelung.
3. Bestandteil dieser Vereinbarung ist das u.g., dem Lieferanten ausgehändigte (angekreuzt), Pflichtenheft:

Einkaufsbedingungen der XXX
4. Für XXX ist die uneingeschränkte Betriebsfähigkeit des Vertragsgegenstandes von höchster Wichtigkeit. Der Lieferant garantiert, daß spätestens innerhalb 24 Stunden ab Meldung mit der Schadensbehebung am Aufstellungsort der Anlage begonnen wird. Die hierfür benötigten Ersatzteile sowie Verschleißteile sind ständige Lagerware des Lieferanten. Sollte mit der Schadensbehebung nicht zeitgerecht begonnen werden, so ist XXX berechtigt, sXXstständig auf Kosten des Lieferanten die Schadensbehebung durchzuführen/durchführen zu lassen, ohne Beeinträchtigung oder Einschränkung von Gewährleistungs-, Garantie-, Schadenersatz- oder sonstigen Rechten. Die Behebungskosten sowie der Zeitaufwand von XXX (zumindest netto € 75,- je Stunde) werden dem Lieferanten in Rechnung gestellt und sind sofort zur Zahlung fällig. Für eine Fernwartung hat ein ständig erreichbarer Servicepartner des Lieferanten – für XXX kostenlos - bereitzustehen, welcher XXX vorab bekannt gegeben wird, und welcher über eine ausreichend Qualifikation verfügt. Die Fernwartung ist werktäglich von 06.00 bis 20.00 Uhr erreichbar.

1. L’addestramento senza costi aggiuntivi impartito a XXX circa il funzionamento dell’impianto ed il corso ai dipendenti XXX saranno a cura del fornitore e verranno eseguiti entro il termine prescritto durante l’avviamento dell’impianto, nel luogo di installazione concordato, in lingua tedesca e comprenderanno tutte le informazioni utili e necessarie tra le quali utilizzo, manutenzione e riparazione dell’impianto.
2. In caso di discordanze tra le regolamentazioni del presente accordo, le specifiche, l’ordine di acquisto, la conferma d’ordine o l’offerta, vale il regolamento a favore di XXX.
3. Parte integrante del presente accordo è, tra le altre, la specifica consegnata al cliente (crocettata):

4. Per XXX riveste assoluta importanza l’illimitata capacità produttiva dell’oggetto del contratto. Il fornitore garantisce che entro 24 ore dalla notifica inizierà i lavori di riparazione/ripristino dei danni presso il luogo di installazione. Le parti di ricambio e le parti soggette ad usura coinvolte saranno costantemente a disposizione presso il magazzino del fornitore. Qualora il fornitore non potesse dar luogo prontamente alla riparazione dei danni, XXX avrà il diritto di procedere all’esecuzione dei lavori di ripristino autonomamente, addebitando i costi al fornitore, senza con questo compromettere o limitare la garanzia, la sostituzione delle parti danneggiate o altri diritti. I costi sopravvenuti così come il dispendio di tempo da parte di XXX (calcolati alla tariffa minima di € 75/h) saranno addebitati in fattura al fornitore con scadenza di pagamento immediata. Ai fini dell’assistenza remota, il fornitore dovrà mettere gratuitamente a disposizione di XXX un partner tecnico raggiungibile regolarmente che disponga delle qualifiche adeguate al compito, previa presentazione dello stesso a XXX. L’assistenza remota dovrà essere garantita tutti i giorni lavorativi dalle ore 6 alle ore 20.
