DESCRIPCION BREVE DE LA SITUACION
Después de un año de aproximación a este sector y habiendo logrado, un relativo éxito en lo que se refiere a la posición de la solución alcohólica, podemos indicar a grandes rasgos las siguientes conclusiones:
1) El sector tiene graves carencias en la definición de fórmulas eficaces, tomando soluciones individuales en función del criterio único de los responsables implicados.
2) La reducción de infecciones nosocomiales pasa por definirse como un aspecto estratégico, dentro del ámbito de las iniciativas consideradas por los responsables de cada uno de los hospitales, no teniendo conexión directa con las acciones a tomar.
3) La mayoría de los hospitales tienen definidos protocolos para la higiene de la piel, para evitar así el contagio y, o, transmisión de enfermedades entre pacientes y trabajadores , aunque resulta realmente difícil encontrar un solo hospital en el que los medios disponibles permitan el cumplimiento de dicho protocolo.
4) En la sanidad pública, el criterio de compras se apoya en concursos públicos estableciendo como referencia el precio por litro de los productos ofertados, aspectos como la ergonomía, calidad, grado de satisfacción costes por uso, no son tenidos en consideración, lo que dificulta y en algunos casos prácticamente imposibilita, incluso el acceder al concurso.
5) Considerar también que las competencias de sanidad están transferidas en muchos casos a las diferentes comunidades autónomas, generando así más diferencias, en función de los recursos económicos disponibles.
Podemos concluir por tanto que nos encontramos ante un sector que ofrece la posibilidad de adquirir una posición, trabajando los aspectos diferenciadores, de la aproximación apoyada en sistemas de dosificación, y por tanto definir el sector sanitario como una oportunidad de crecimiento a medio plazo.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SITUATION
After a year of approaching this sector and having achieved a certain position regarding alcoholic solution, we can conclude the following:
1) This sector seriously lacks definitions of efficient formulas, and thus individual decisions are made according to the criterion of the people in charge.
2) The reduction of nosocomial infections is defined as a strategic aspect within the scope of the initiatives considered by the people in charge of each of the hospitals, without any direct connexion with the decisions to be made.
3) Most hospitals have got defined protocols regarding skin hygiene in order to avoid the transmission of contagious diseases among patients and staff, even though it is difficult to find a single hospital where the available means allow the compliance with such a protocol.
4) Regarding public health, purchases are based on tenders which establish, as a reference, the litre price of the offered products, such as ergonomics, quality, degree of satisfaction, costs per use. Those which make the tender difficult and, in some cases, make it impossible to access to it, are not taken into consideration.
5) We should also consider that health competencies are, in many cases, transferred to the different autonomous communities, thus generating more differences regarding the available economic resources.
We can therefore conclude that, working through the differentiating aspects, this sector offers the possibility of achieving an approximation position based on dosage systems, and thus defining the health section as a medium-term growth opportunity.

CONSIDERANDO:
Que el articulo 32 de la Constitución de la República establece que la salud es un
derecho que garantiza el Estado, cuya realización se vincula al ejercicio de otros
derechos que sustentan el buen vivir;
Que el articulo 3.1 de la Constitución de la República seiiala que es deber primordial
del Estado el garantizar sin discriminaci6n alguna el efectivo goce de 10s derechos
establecidos en la Constitución y en los instrumentos internacionales, en particular,
derechos constitucionalmente reconocidos, como la salud;
Que el articulo 363 No. 7 de la Constituci6n de la República seiiala que, para la
consecución del régimen del buen vivir, es obligación del Estado, en materia de salud el
"garantizar la disponibilidad y acceso a medicamentos de calidad, seguros y eficaces, regular su comercialización y promover la producción nacional y la utilización de medicamentos genéricos que respondan a las necesidades epidemiológicas de la población. En el acceso a medicamentos, los intereses de la salud pública prevalecerán sobre los económicos y comerciales."
Que el articulo 31 de las normas sobre Aspectos Relacionados a1 Comercio de la
Propiedad Intelectual (ADPIC) de la Organización Mundial de Comercio, reconoce el derecho de los paises a emitir licencias obligatorias para patentes de medicamentos que sirvan para combatir y mitigar enfermedades de interés público;
Que la declaración de Doha sobre los acuerdos de ADPIC y la Salud Pública, adoptado unánimemente por los Estados Miembros de la Organización Mundial de Comercio, especifica que cada Estado Miembro "tiene el derecho de conceder licencias obligatorias y la libertad de determinar las bases sobre las cuales se conceden tales licencias". Además que la mencionada declaración puntualiza que el Acuerdo de ADPIC deberia 'ser interpretado y aplicado para "promover el acceso a los
medicamentospara todos";
Que la estrategia mundial sobre "salud pública, innovación y propiedad Intelectual" de la Asamblea Mundial de Salud, AMS 61.21, phrrafo 20, anunció que, "10s derechos de Propiedad Intelectual no impiden ni deberán impedir que 10s Estados Miembros adopten medidas para proteger la salud pública."
Translation - English CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC
WHEREAS:
Section 32 of the Constitution of the Republic establishes that health is a right guaranteed by the State, and which is closely related to other rights that promote wellbeing.
Section 3.1 of the Constitution of the Republic states that it is the State’s fundamental obligation to ensure, without discrimination whatsoever the, the rights established in the Constitution and in the international instruments, in particular, those rights which are constitutionally recognized, such as health.
Section 363 No. 7 of the Constitution of the Republic states that, for the promotion of wellbeing, it is the obligation of the State, as far as health is concerned, to “ensure the availability and access to quality medicines, which are safe and efficient, to regulate their trade and to promote the national production and the use of generic medicines that meet the epidemiological needs of the population. As regards access to medicines, public health interests will prevail over the economic and commercial ones.”
Section 31 of the regulations about Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property (TRAIP) of the World Trade Organization, recognizes the countries’ rights to issue compulsory licenses for patents of medicines used to mitigate and fight against diseases of public interest.
Doha’s declaration about TRAIP and Public Health agreements, adopted unanimously by the Member States of the World Trade Organization, states that each Member State “is entitled to issue compulsory licenses and is free to determine the bases on which such licenses are granted”. Furthermore, such declaration points out that the TRAIP Agreement should be interpreted and applied in order to “promote the access to the medicines for all”.
The world strategy about “public health, innovation and Intellectual property” of the World Health Assembly, WHA 61.21, paragraph 20, stated that “the Intellectual Property rights do not impede and shall not impede that the Member States adopt measures to protect public health”.

2.12. CUANDO APLIQUE DE ACUERDO A LA NATURALEZA DE LOS SERVICIOS.
Ha inspeccionado debidamente el lugar en donde se prestarán los servicios objeto de este contrato y considerado todos los factores que intervienen en su ejecución. Asimismo, manifiesta haber revisado los documentos e información proporcionada por (PEMEX U ORGANISMO SUBSIDIARIO), para el debido cumplimiento del objeto del contrato.
2.13. TRATÁNDOSE DE CONTRATOS CUYO MONTO EXCEDA EL IMPORTE DE $300,000 SIN INCLUIR EL I.V.A.
De manera previa a la formalización del presente contrato y para los efectos del articulo 32-D del Código Fiscal de la Federación, ha presentado a (PEMEX U ORGANISMO SUBSIDIARIO) el "acuse de recepción" con el que comprueba que ha realizado la solicitud de opinión respecto de sus obligaciones ante el Sistema de Administración Tributaria prevista en la Resolución Miscelánea Fiscal vigente.
2.14. TRATÁNDOSE DE UN PROVEEDOR RESIDENTE EN EL EXTRANJERO QUE NO CUENTE CON ESTABLECIMIENTO PERMANENTE EN EL PAÍS.
No tiene establecimiento permanente en el país y que, durante la ejecución de este contrato no tiene la intención de crearlo. Para los efectos del artículo 32-D del Código Fiscal de la Federación ha presentado a (PEMEX U ORGANISMO SUBSIDIARIO) el escrito de manifestación de no encontrarse obligado a presentar los requisitos establecidos en la Resolución Miscelánea Fiscal vigente.
2.15. TRATÁNDOSE DE PERSONAS MORALES O FÍSICAS Y QUE LA CONTRATACIÓN RESULTE DE UNO DE LOS PROCEDIMIENTOS DE CONTRATACIÓN DE CARÁCTER NACIONAL FUNDADOS EN EL ARTÍCULO 26 FRACCIÓN I Y II Y 28 FRACCIÓN I DE LA LEY DE ADQUISICIONES, ARRENDAMIENTOS Y SERVICIOS DEL SECTOR PÚBLICO.

2.16 TRATÁNDOSE DE CONTRATOS ADJUDICADOS CON FUNDAMENTO EN EL ARTÍCULO 42 DE LA LEY DE ADQUISICIONES, ARRENDAMIENTOS Y SERVICIOS DEL SECTOR PÚBLICO.
El PROVEEDOR declara que su empresa se encuentra ubicada en la siguiente estratificación (Tamaño, Sector y Clasificación) de acuerdo con la Ley para el Desarrollo de la Competitividad de la Micro, Pequeña y Mediana Empresa.
2.17. TRATÁNDOSE DE UNA PROPOSICIÓN CONJUNTA.
Con base en lo dispuesto en el artículo 34 de la Ley de Adquisiciones, Arrendamientos y Servicios del Sector Público, presentaron una proposición conjunta y con fundamento en el artículo 31 del Reglamento de la Ley de Adquisiciones, Arrendamientos y Servicios del Sector Público, celebraron un convenio privado de proposición conjunta de fecha __________________, mismo que forma parte integrante de este contrato como anexo “[señalar número de anexo]”, por el cual se obligan de manera solidaria a [entregar los bienes/prestar los servicios] en términos del presente contrato. C L Á U S U L A S
PRIMERA.- OBJETO DEL CONTRATO
(PEMEX U ORGANISMO SUBSIDIARIO) encomienda al PROVEEDOR y éste se obliga a realizar hasta su total terminación, de conformidad con las especificaciones y alcances contenidos en el contrato y sus anexos, el servicio consistente en: (Indicar de manera precisa el servicio que se prestará), (en adelante “servicios”).
EN CASO DE PROPOSICIONES CONJUNTAS SE DEBERÁ ESTABLECER CON PRECISIÓN EN ESTA CLÁUSULA LAS PARTES DE LOS SERVICIOS QUE CADA PERSONA SE OBLIGA A PRESTAR O LA PARTICIPACIÓN QUE TIENE EN EL GRUPO. LO ANTERIOR, DE CONFORMIDAD CON EL ARTÍCULO 34, SEGUNDO PÁRRAFO, DE LA LEY DE ADQUISICIONES, ARRENDAMIENTOS Y SERVICIOS DEL SECTOR PÚBLICO Y 31 INCISO D) DE SU REGLAMENTO, Y AÑADIR LA CLÁUSULA DE OBLIGACIÓN SOLIDARIA.
SEGUNDA.- VIGENCIA DEL CONTRATO
La vigencia de este contrato iniciará en la fecha de firma del mismo y concluirá el ____.
TERCERA.- PLAZO Y LUGAR DE EJECUCIÓN DE LOS SERVICIOS
El PROVEEDOR se obliga a ejecutar los servicios amparados en el presente contrato, en un plazo de [número] [letra] días naturales contados a partir del día natural siguiente de la fecha de firma de este contrato por el PROVEEDOR y/o de acuerdo al programa que se incluye como anexo ___ de este contrato.
No se contabilizará como día de ejecución de los servicios, todo aquel que no se haya laborado por caso fortuito o fuerza mayor, según sea el caso, de conformidad con la cláusula denominada Caso Fortuito o Causas de Fuerza Mayor o por motivos imputables a (PEMEX U ORGANISMO SUBSIDIARIO).
La ejecución de los servicios por parte del PROVEEDOR se realizará en: ___ (indicar las instalaciones del PROVEEDOR o centros de trabajo de PEMEX U ORGANISMO SUBSIDIARIO,, la ubicación del área en donde se prestarán los servicios, en su caso, sí los servicios se ejecutarán sólo durante días hábiles o bien durante días naturales aún cuando éstos sean inhábiles y dentro de que horario se prestaran los mismos.) ESTE SUPUESTO SERÁ OPCIONAL DE ACUERDO A LA NATURALEZA DE LOS SERVICIOS.
(PEMEX U ORGANISMO SUBSIDIARIO) se obliga a tener oportunamente y en condiciones adecuadas para el inicio de los servicios, el (los) lugar(es) en que deberá(n) ejecutarse los servicios objeto de este contrato.
CUARTA.- IMPORTE DEL CONTRATO
El importe total a pagar por los servicios es de: $(número, letra y moneda) más el Impuesto al Valor Agregado (I.V.A.) y el precio unitario por la prestación de los servicios se especifica por (partida/posición) en el anexo __ de este contrato, el cual es fijo desde su inicio hasta la conclusión de los mismos.
TRATÁNDOSE DE CONTRATOS DE SERVICIOS DE CONSULTORÍA, ASESORÍAS, ESTUDIOS, INVESTIGACIONES O CAPACITACIÓN, DEBERÁN SEÑALARSE EL PRECIO DE CADA UNO DE LOS ENTREGABLES.
La(s) referencia(s) (MXP, USD o DLS E.U.A., CAD, GBP, etc.) asentada(s) en la columna precio unitario del anexo ___ de este contrato significan (Pesos Mexicanos, Dólares de los Estados Unidos de América, Dólares Canadienses, Libra Esterlina, etc.)
QUINTA.- CONDICIONES Y FORMA DE PAGO
(PEMEX U ORGANISMO SUBSIDIARIO) pagará al PROVEEDOR el monto de los servicios concluidos y aceptados de acuerdo con las condiciones establecidas en este contrato a los (número) (letra) días naturales (máximo 20 días naturales) contados a partir de la fecha de recepción y aceptación del original de la factura, acompañada de la documentación soporte que proceda y del acuse de recibo correspondiente conteniendo: el sello del área receptora de los servicios, fecha de la recepción, así como el nombre, ficha y firma del personal facultado para estos efectos.
De conformidad con las disposiciones normativas en materia de pago de la Dirección Corporativa de Finanzas de Petróleos Mexicanos cuando la fecha de vencimiento sea día inhábil bancario en la plaza de pago se aplicará el siguiente criterio:

CUANDO APLIQUE
En el caso particular del jueves y viernes de Semana Santa, el pago se efectuará el día hábil siguiente.
El pago al PROVEEDOR se efectuará a través de depósito bancario en la cuenta que para tal efecto designe el mismo en el momento de darse de alta en la Ventanilla Única de (PEMEX U ORGANISMO SUBSIDIARIO).
Una vez realizado el pago al PROVEEDOR, éste tendrá diez (10) días hábiles para solicitar aclaraciones sobre cualquier aspecto del mismo; transcurrido dicho plazo sin que se presente reclamación alguna, éste se considerará definitivamente aceptado y sin derecho a ulterior reclamación.
Los pagos que al respecto procedan, se realizarán de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en esta cláusula y estarán sujetos a lo establecido en el segundo y tercer párrafo del artículo 51 de la Ley de Adquisiciones, Arrendamientos y Servicios del Sector Público para el caso de atraso en los pagos y pagos en exceso que se realicen.
El PROVEEDOR, siempre y cuando no tenga adeudos vencidos y los servicios hayan sido prestados conforme a lo especificado en este contrato, podrá solicitar la condición de pronto pago cuando acepte el porcentaje de descuento que resulte de aplicar la Tasa de Interés Interbancaria de Equilibrio (TIIE) de 28 días, más cuatro puntos porcentuales, que se encuentre vigente con dos días hábiles previos a la fecha valor en que se presente la solicitud de “Pronto Pago”. En caso de que dejara de publicarse la tasa TIIE, se utilizará la que determine el Banco de México en sustitución de ésta. En todos los casos, el porcentaje obtenido se deberá multiplicar por el número de días por los que el PROVEEDOR solicite el adelanto del pago.
Para tal efecto, deberá presentar la solicitud correspondiente en los términos establecidos por la Dirección Corporativa de Finanzas, por lo menos, con tres (3) días hábiles de anticipación a la fecha en que deba efectuarse el pago en forma adelantada, misma que deberá contener la siguiente leyenda “Bajo protesta de decir verdad, manifiesto que los documentos que se presentan para pronto pago objeto de esta solicitud, no se encuentran en trámite de descuento para financiamiento ante ninguna institución financiera que implique que el pago se encuentra comprometido o cedido a un tercero”, y presentar Nota de Crédito a favor de (PEMEX U ORGANISMO SUBSIDIARIO) bajo el concepto de “descuento por pronto pago” misma que deberá reunir los requisitos fiscales establecidos en los arts. 29 y 29-A del Código Fiscal de la Federación. El pago estará sujeto a la disponibilidad presupuestal en flujo de efectivo en (PEMEX U ORGANISMO SUBSIDIARIO).
TRATÁNDOSE DE COMPROMISOS PAGADEROS EN DÓLARES DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA, DEBERÁ AGREGARSE EL SIGUIENTE PÁRRAFO:
Para los compromisos en dólares de los Estados Unidos de América, el porcentaje será el que resulte de aplicar la Tasa Prime Rate publicada en medios electrónicos financieros, que se encuentre vigente con dos días hábiles de anticipación previos a la fecha valor en que se presente la solicitud de “Pronto Pago”.
TRATÁNDOSE DE COMPROMISOS PAGADEROS EN EUROS, DEBERÁ AGREGARSE EL SIGUIENTE PÁRRAFO:
Para los compromisos denominados en Euros, el porcentaje de descuento será el que resulte de aplicar la Tasa EURIBOR de un mes, multiplicada por 1.5, que se encuentre vigente con dos días hábiles de anticipación previos a la fecha valor en que se presente la solicitud de “Pronto Pago”.
TRATÁNDOSE DE OBLIGACIONES DE PAGO EN MONEDA EXTRANJERA PAGADERAS EN TERRITORIO NACIONAL.
Las obligaciones de pago denominadas en moneda extranjera para ser cumplidas en la República Mexicana, se solventarán en moneda nacional, al tipo de cambio vigente que publique el Banco de México en la fecha en que se haga dicho pago.
EL SIGUIENTE PÁRRAFO SE ADICIONARÁ EN CASO DE QUE SE HAYA PRESENTADO UNA PROPOSICIÓN CONJUNTA, SIN QUE SE HAYA CONSTITUIDO UNA SOCIEDAD, O NUEVA SOCIEDAD EN CASO DE PERSONAS MORALES, O SI NO SE CELEBRA UN CONTRATO DE ASOCIACIÓN EN PARTICIPACIÓN.
[Nombre de la empresa adjudicataria en proposición conjunta] será quien presente las facturas de todos y cada uno de los pagos derivados del presente contrato.
EL SIGUIENTE PÁRRAFO APLICA EN CASO DE QUE SE HAYA PRESENTADO UNA PROPOSICIÓN CONJUNTA Y LOS CONTRATISTAS HAYAN MANIFESTADO EN SU PROPOSICIÓN SU INTENCIÓN DE CELEBRAR UN CONTRATO DE ASOCIACIÓN EN PARTICIPACIÓN, EN TÉRMINOS DE LO DISPUESTO EN EL ARTÍCULO 17-B DEL CÓDIGO FISCAL DE LA FEDERACIÓN:
Las partes que suscriben el presente contrato en su carácter de proveedores, sin perjuicio del convenio de proposición conjunta señalado en la declaración 2.16 del presente contrato, han celebrado un contrato de asociación en participación, por lo que, con base en el mismo, en relación con el presente contrato y en términos del artículo 17-B del Código Fiscal de la Federación, acuerdan que [denominación o razón social seguida de la leyenda A.P. o nombre del asociante seguida de A. en P.], será quien presente las facturas de todos y cada uno de los pagos derivados de este contrato; en el entendido de que (PEMEX U ORGANISMO SUBSIDIARIO) no será responsable por la forma en que [denominación o razón social seguida de la leyenda A.P. o nombre del asociante seguida de A. en P.], distribuya o participe de las utilidades o de las pérdidas respecto de las cantidades que reciba con motivo del presente contrato.

2.15. IN THE CASE OF LEGAL OR PHYSICAL PERSONS AND THE CONTRACT RESULTS IN ONE OF THE CONTRACTING PROCEDURES OF NATIONAL NATURE JUSTIFIED IN ARTICLE 26, SUB-SECTION I AND II, AND ARTICLE 28, SUB-SECTION I OF THE LAW OF PROCUREMENT, LEASING AND SERVICES FOR THE PUBLIC SECTOR.

C L A U S E S
FIRST.- AIM OF THE CONTRACT

THIRD.- PERIOD AND PLACE OF SERVICE PROVISION

FIFTH.- TERMS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
(PEMEX OR SUBSIDIARY ENTITY) shall pay the SUPPLIER the total amount for the services provided and accepted according to the stated terms hereof within (number) (letter) calendar days (20 calendar days maximum) as from the date of reception and acceptance of the original invoice attaching the supporting documentation and the corresponding acknowledgement of receipt containing: the stamp of the receptive part of the services, date of reception, as well as the name, record and signature of the person in charge.
In accordance with the regulatory provisions regarding the payment of the Corporate Finance Division of Petróleos Mexicanos, when the due date of the terms of payment falls on a bank holiday, the following criteria shall be applied:

WHEN APPLICABLE
In the particular case of Thursday and Good Friday of the Easter Holidays, the payment shall be made on the following working day.
The payment to the SUPPLIER shall be deposited in the bank account indicated by the SUPPLIER at the moment of being released from the One-Stop Counter of (PEMEX OR SUBSIDIARY ENTITY).
Once the payment has been made to the SUPPLIER, he shall have ten (10) working days to request feedback on any of the aspects of the services. Once the ten day’s term has elapsed without receiving any claims, the services shall be regarded as accepted, without recourse to further claims.
The payments thereafter shall be made according to the provisions of this clause and shall be subjected to the provisions of the second and third paragraphs of article 51 of the Law of Procurement, Leasing and Services for the Public Sector in case of late payments and overpayments.
Provided the SUPPLIER has no overdue debts and the services have been provided according to the specifications hereof, he shall be able to request a prompt payment after accepting the discount percentage resulting from applying the Interbank Equilibrium Interest Rate (IEIR) of 28 days, plus four percent, which is valid two days before the value date the “Prompt Payment” request is submitted. In case the rate IEIR ceases to be published, the rate stated by the Bank of Mexico shall be used instead. In all the cases, the percentage obtained shall be multiplied by the number of days the SUPPLIER has requested the advance payment.
For this purpose, the SUPPLIER shall submit the corresponding request under the terms stated by the Corporate Finance Division within at least three (3) working days before the date of advance payment, which shall bear the following legend, “Under oath, I hereby state that the documents submitted for prompt payment in question hereof are not subject to use by any financing company that may imply the payment is committed or given to a third party”, and shall submit a Credit Note in favor of (PEMEX OR SUBSIDIARY ENTITY) under the concept of “discount for prompt payment” which shall meet the tax requirements established in articles 29 and 29-A of the Federal Tax Code. The payment shall be subject to the budgetary availability in the cash flow in (PEMEX OR SUBSIDIARY ENTITY).
REGARDING COMMITMENTS PAYABLE IN AMERICAN DOLLARS, THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH SHALL BE ADDED:
For commitments in US dollars, the percentage shall be the one resulting from the application of the Prime Rate published on the financial electronic media that are valid within two working days before the value date in which the “Prompt Payment” request is submitted.
REGARDING COMMITMENTS PAYABLE IN EUROS, THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH SHALL BE ADDED:
For commitments in Euros, the discount percentage shall be the one resulting from the application of the EURIBOR Rate in one month, multiplied by 1.5, which is valid within two working days before the value date in which the “Prompt Payment” request is submitted.
REGARDING PAYMENT COMMITMENTS IN FOREIGN CURRENCY TO BE PAID IN NATIONAL TERRITORY.
Payment commitments in foreign currency to be paid in the Republic of Mexico shall be made in the national currency at the exchange rate published by the Bank of Mexico on the date the payment is made.
THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH SHALL BE ADDED IN CASE A JOINT PROPOSAL HAS BEEN SUBMITTED WITHOUT ESTABLISHING A PARTNERSHIP, OR NEW PARTNERSHIP IN CASE OF LEGAL PERSONS, OR WITHOUT ENTERING INTO CO-PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT.

to the UK, I gained an MA in Applied Linguistics & TESOL at the University
of Leicester, with a dissertation on Bilingualism and Language Acquisition. I
then became a full-time translator and started being involved in assessment.
I
am currently an assessment specialist in Spanish and English, including IELTS.
I am an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors,
and a Member of CIOL since 2007. In 2010, I became a Certified Localisation
Professional (via TILP), was awarded an MA (Merit) in Management by the London
Metropolitan University in 2012 and became a Chartered Linguist (Translator)
(Education) in 2015.
I have combined my skills and long experience in the
translation industry and in foreign language teaching, and co-founded My
Language Hub, an LSP, of which I am Managing Director.
I am also an IAPTI
member and part of the ProZ Mentoring Team, and Governor of my local school,
where I am linked to various areas such as SEND, More Able, MFL and EAL.
