• creating zonal revenue offices as a step towards a national tax administration;
• building technical and management capacity of the XXX Revenue Department;
• improving taxpayer compliance by introducing risk based compliance strategies; and
• development and implementation a computerised tax administration system
Reform implementation undertaken in line with a full range of project management documents including implementation plans, stakeholder management plans, change management plans, risk assessments, public awareness programs, and capacity development plans under the guidance of steering committees and implementation committees.
Worked as direct counterpart to Director General of Revenue.

Реализация реформы проводилась наряду с выполнением обязательств по подготовке полного спектра проектной документации, включая планы реализации, планы по управлению взаимоотношений с заинтересованными сторонами, планы по изменению управления, оценки риска, программы по связям с общественностью, и планы по развитию потенциала с учетом рекомендаций исполнительных комитетов и комитетов по реализации реформы.

Source text - English 4. Performance Standards: XXX undertakes to perform the Services with the highest standards of professional and ethical competences and integrity. XXX shall promptly replace any employee assigned under this contract that the client consider unsatisfactory.
5. Confidentiality: XXX and its experts shall not, during the term of this Contract, and within 2 years after the expiration, disclose any proprietary or confidential information relating to the Services without the prior written consent of the client. The client shall be entitled to request during the execution of the Contract that some confidential information shall never be disclosed to a third party, even after the expiration of the 2 years.
6. Ownership of Material: Any studies report or other material, graphic, software or otherwise, prepared by XXX for the client, under the Contract, shall belong and remain the property of the Client. XXX may retain a copy of such documents and software.
7. Authorizations and insurances: XXX shall be responsible for obtaining any authorizations required under the present Contract and for subscribing any insurance relating to the performance of the Services. XXX shall take out and maintain insurance covering its staff for all risks related to performance of the Services, in particular when they are sent abroad or locally in the regions addressed. In any case, XXX shall not be entitled to request any insurance coverage from the Client.
8. Assignment: XXX shall not assign this Contract without the Client’s prior written consent.
9. Law governing contract and training language: The Contract shall be governed by the laws of
XXX and the language of the contract and of the training shall be English.
10. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the XXX Arbitration Rules as at present in force.
Translation - Russian 4. Качество предоставляемых услуг: XXX гарантирует оказывать Услуги в соответствии с высочайшими стандартами профессиональной компетентности и деловой этики. XXX обязан незамедлительно заменить любого сотрудника, назначенного на выполнение услуг по настоящему Договору, который, по мнению Заказчика, не отвечает вышеуказанным параметрам.
5. Конфиденциальность: XXX и специалистам компании запрещено на срок действия настоящего Договора, а также в течении 2 лет после прекращения его действия, разглашать коммерческую или конфиденциальную информацию об Услугах без предварительного письменного согласия Заказчика. 7. Официальные разрешения и страховое покрытие: XXX несет ответственность за получение разрешений, необходимых по настоящему Договору, и за оформление страхования, необходимого для выполнения Услуг. XXX обязуется оформлять и обеспечивать страховое покрытие своих сотрудников от всех рисков, связанных с оказанием Услуг, в частности, в ходе их заграничных командировок или внутри страны в установленных регионах. В любом случае XXX не имеет право запрашивать любое страховое покрытие у Заказчика.
8. Передача договора: XXX не имеет право передавать данный Договор без предварительного письменного согласия Заказчика.
9. Регулирующее законодательство и язык обучения: Договор регулируется законодательством XXX, а языком договора и обучения является английский.
10. Разрешение споров: Любой спор, противоречие или претензия, возникшие в ходе выполнения данного Договора, или нарушение, расторжение или недействительность такового, должны рассматриваться арбитражным судом в соответствии с действующим Арбитражным регламентом XXX.

Source text - English With a new early-stage fund less than six months from debut, XXX's venture capital community is on the move, bolstered by a separate push to create an organized network of angel investors.
Local investment experts contend the two-pronged approach should position the city to better support its homegrown startups while inviting co-investment from both smaller local investors and outside sources.
XXX, president of the XXX and CEO of XXX, says the local investment community needs to re-evaluate its methodology because "money is like a magnet."
XXX recommends veering away from the commonly accepted financing model that begins with personal investment, followed by angel investors, venture capital and, eventually, an initial public offering. "One needs to find alternative ways of financing companies earlier with outside capital, including mergers, corporate deals, and investment bankers," he says.
XXX says concrete figures on the actual amount of locally held venture capital are not available, but he estimates the total falls into the "several hundred million" range, keeping it ahead of the Southeastern average of about $150 million per market. "This is, of course, excluding angel money and venture capital from outside the area, and this is not to say that all of the venture capital money in XXX gets invested in XXX, as many investments are made outside the area," he explains.
