Source text - French Voici bien longtemps, j'ai dessiné le plan de cette petite ville de cinq mille âmes. Venant de Montélimar, on pénètre le bourg par l'ouest. On chemine le long de la promenade des Marroniers qui, sitôt franchi le pont de pierre sur le Jabron, vous conduit place Chateauras, au coeur de la cité. A main droite, la sinueuse rue dite des Raymonds mène au quartier éponyme, puis au-delà à Beauvallon.
Translation - English Long ago now I sketched a map of this little town of five thousand souls. Arriving from Montélimar, you enter the village from the west. You make your way along Chestnut Drive, which leads you to a stone bridge over the Jabron River and from there directly to Chateauras Square, in the heart of town. To your right, a winding road known as des Raymonds leads to a neighborhood by the same name and beyond that to the Commune of Beauvallon.
