Swedish term

Swedish to English
Law/Patents
Real Estate
Sale of an estate
Hi, I'm finding this construction a bit confusing. This is in the authorization for a broker to sell an estate. Is the tillhöriga referring to the property listed afterwards or does it mean what belongs to the estate. The "efter" I am thinking would be "according to" rather than after (YYYYYY is only someone's name). Perhaps the second, capitalized Dödsbo should be translated differently from the first? Thanks for your help!

Swedish term (edited):
efter någon. Dödsbo tillhöriga
Selected
estate of YYYYYY. Belonging to the estate:
So, "dödsboet efter YYYYYY" is "the Estate of YYYYYY".
Then a new statement:
"Dödsbo tillhöriga", which is "Belonging to the Estate", and refers forward to "Objekt" - "Items", of which the first one is "Fastigheten ZZZZZZ" - "Property [or Real estate] ZZZZZZ"
