Swedish term

enligt PM

Swedish to English Medical Medical (general)
In a section of patient notes describing what has been prescribed: "Starclose enligt PM".
Does PM mean something like a careplan or pathway?
If not, what does it stand for and mean?

Thanks

per memo[randum]

The usual English term, at least in the U.S.

agree E2efour (X) : However, I wonder whether memo means something like a SOP or official instruction.

Thanks for your agreement! In the U.S. it does not; it simply refers to any memorandum of any kind.
