It's definitely nothing to do with an Industrial Estate because this is talking about rural land. There is a list:
con las parcelas núms. 1 y 4 del Polígono xx, y con la parcela número 6 del Polígono xx, etc
It seems to be a subdivision of land, something like sector or zone

agree Mark Solomon : Poligono Industrial is industrial estate, but poligono can also be found in a more general sense as some towns subdivide their land into poligonos, often agricultural areas, but sometimes residencial ones too.

Industrial Estate

Peter, in Spain Polígonos are, as far as I know, what you call Industrial Estate in the UK. However, without more context, I cannot tell if you are talking about property in an Industrial Estate or not. I translate a lot of real estate material and have never seen Poligono used for parcels for family homes or business premises, only when referred to Industrial Estates. Good luck!

neutral Mark Solomon : Towns in Spain can also have poligonos for residencial or agricultural sectors - I know having been involved in interpretation at a town meeting protesting development in a rural poligono ! Usual thing in Spain I suppose, it differs as per region...

I'm sure you're right but where I'm based for the last 26 years I've never seen "polígono" referred to anything but industrial estates.

I would go just with estate without any further context as "estate" can be either industrial or residential.

In planing regulations (zoning in US), a Polígono is, as you rightly suspect, each of the large units or areas in which land is subdivided for its development. I believe they are called zones in the US.
