Spanish term

maestro (Tango context)

Spanish to English Art/Literary Music vocabulary
It is the resume of a musician. It says:

Curso y estudios sobre la interpretación del Tango en el Piano con el Maestro Nicolás Ledesma en el Conservatorio de la Ciudad de Buenos

In this context, maestro is not an official degree. Many Tango performers in Argentina have never attended music schools or conservatories. They have a natural gift. In argentina, we call some tango performers "maestros" because we consider them "eminences". Any suggestion?
Thanks

In english Maestro is also used in this context i.e to show someone's great ability. Emminence could also be an option. See what you prefer.
