This must be a venezuelan phrase, there seem to be loads of hits linking it to chaves but I still cant worlk out the meaning

Coincido con la intención de la frase sin embargo creo que es importante recalcar que rojos rojitos lo comparan con el dengue hemorragico que es un virus similar a la gripe un poco mas severo con hemorragia en la nariz por ej.
