Encuentro paginas en italiano, pero no tengo idea de como se dice en ingles.

It's because you haven't put the accent on "i". The correct spelling in Spanish is "freatímetro".

"agua freática" is the water table, underground water.

I haven't found one word, but I think you could say it in more words. I have only found "piezometer" but this measures the pressure of water within soil.
