Japanese term

指の向きがおかしい

Japanese to English Medical Medical (general) protocol
"dislocate"は脱臼で、strange directionだと、指の指している方向になってしまう気がして、何かうまい表現ないかなあ・・・。

Context is fingers are severely injured or damaged or something and fingers does not look normal and fingers are not shaped as it should. (Such as fingers are winded in a weird (impossible) direction in a normal state.

Fingers are bent at an unusual angle

In the case of dislocation it would usually be described as such.

Mallet Finger

From what I can tell, it sounds like the English term for this would be 'mallet finger'.
