Hi Joss, could you provide the whole sentence? Seems like 戦略 and 病院 are separate, as 戦略病院 doesn't seem exist.

Well, from the sentence you have provided, I would assume that it is the hospital they are going to approach and to perform lectures/seminars at.

Strategic Hospital or Key Hospital

Thank you for additional information. I believe what Japanese is trying to say is "strategically important hospital" for marketing.
If your client wants to emphasize "Strategic" positioning of the hospital, I would use Strategic Hospital. Otherwise, Key Hospital is equally agreeable.
