I have no idea what TIG is.
Maistro is Maestro (as master), and NENSZI is phonetic Hungarian for Nancy.
I vagely remember that dogs in Hungary get their full name derived from the name of their parents, and the last one is the actual name that the owner calls her.

Tig is the name of the kennel (trade name) where you bought the dog from, it is to identify the breeder. Tig could refer to the faithful dog of Charley (Kevin Costner) from Open Range.
The first letter of Maistro should identify the 13th litter of this particular breeder as the M is the 13th letter of the alphabet. (Some breeders do not start from A.)
