Nach der inzwischen vorliegenden Nutzwertfestsetzung entfallen auf die in Spalte 5 angefuehrten Wohnungseigentumseinheiten die in Spalte 4 angefuhrten Miteigentumsanteile an der Liegenschaft.

My attempt: According to the present utility value, the co-owned property units listed in column 4 are attributed to those property units listed in column 5.

I believe the column 4 stuff is attributed to the column 5 stuff (to put it bluntly).
Agree or disagree? That is the question.

I don't understand your question? What difference does it make whether A relates to B or whether B relates to A here?

If you need a (literal) translation for "entfallen auf": to be accounted for (by), which doesn't really work here, linguistically
