An alternative term for my previous suggestion is "special-purpose properties".
Examples of special-use properties include religious facilities, schools, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hotels, concrete plants, truck terminals, grain elevators, meat processing plants, seed plants, and others.

: I think this is something entirely different from what is meant in the German. In my understanding this imeans properties which are cleaned etc rather than properties for providing services such as the clinic facilities mentioned above
