these are common for mains in which case they are called power strips or power socket strips.
For low current application, I would leave out the power bit and simply call them socket strips.

I'd like to have seen a picture of the device just to be sure but I'm proposing multiple socket(s). If 'bandeau' is in the singular, then 'socket' without 's'.
