denominated in ten-thousandths

or perhaps 'calculated'

the units of the fund themselves are divisible into small fractions. This format seems to be particularly French.

whose book value is a ten thounsandth of the shares. . .

AS I understand, the company has other funds and only the ones that merged represent one ten thousandth of the total shares.
Peer comment(s):

neutral Leveleki : I am not quite sure how the book value (which is normally the value of the shares) can be one ten-thousandth of the shares??

disagree Tom Weber : "Book value is a fraction of the shares" is nothing anyone would say. It doesn't make sense. I think SICAV B (the absorbing fund) is simply divided into 10,000 shares.
