Now It’s Cement Turn that Affected by Fuel Price Hike

This is a very literal translation from Indonesia from an article in newspaper. The meaning conveyed here is that the fuel price hike has led to price increase of many products and services, including cement price. Does the title work? or maybe the following is better?

- Now It’s Cement Turn that was Affected by Fuel Price Hike
- Now It’s Cement Price that Affected by Fuel Price Hike
- Now it's cement price that was affected by fuel price hike

or maybe yours better?

a few possibilities

Cement: latest victim of fuel price hike
Cement prices upped by fuel price hike
Or even: Building trade hit by fuel price hike

I don't think the "now" bit is necessary

agree RINA LINGUISTIC SERVICES, Katarina Radojevic- Mitrovic : if you live in my country- Serbia, you will not have doubts how hard it can be hit. Regards Rita. You are right and do not have doubts.
