1. The insurance company will take over the coverage trusting that the insured person has answered all questions in connection with the application for the coverage correctly and according to the truth (duty to inform).
2. If the insured persons have not answered all the questions or if the questions have not been answered correctly, the conditions concerning wrong answers according to Law of Insurance Contracts will be in force and this means that the coverage can be terminated partially or wholly.
