The cross of Calvary, and all that the Lord Jesus Christ did there for us, makes God just and the Justifier of all who believe (Romans 3:26). Explain that by coming Himself into this world, and living a perfect life, the Lord Jesus (Who was God the Son) was able to take the punishment of our sin upon Himself - the Just for the unjust (1 Peter 3.18). By paying for our sin, He met God's legal requirement on our behalf. And by His perfect offering of righteousness He obtained the necessary ***'qualifications'*** to enable all His saved people to enter the kingdom of God. It was as if the judge himself paid the penalty or fine which he had sentenced the offender to pay, so that the law could be satisfied, and the offender pronounced 'Not guilty!'
