Homework / test English to Spanish Other Food & Drink Food ingredients

Hello,

I am translating a Product information doc. ref. Carrageenan and under the heading "Application areas" it reads the following: Hot filled, ready-to-eat dairy desserts, demouldable with full bodied texture".

I would like to know the Spanish for "Hot filled", I guess it must be something like: "envasado térmico" or "en caliente" ??
