1. Using a narrow tipped, firm brush, sweep a bright green color (Aquamarine) along the top lash line, starting from the inner corner and moving outward. Make the line thick, roughly 1/8 of an inch, so that the color will stand out behind mascara.
2. Take a soft golden shadow (Sunset) and sweep it across the eyelid up to the crease, focusing on the center of the lid where the light hits the face. This subtle wash of color will downplay the blue. Make sure the colors are well blended.
3. Line the lower lash line lightly with a black line, starting of the way from the inner corner of the eye, moving outward. Smudge the line.
