The Water Trap protects gas analyzers from humidity, secretions, bacterial contamination and dust. It is intended for continuous use in anesthesia and intensive care by trained medical personnel only.
Instructions before use
• To install the water trap, align it with the receptacle and push gently into place. Make sure that the locking mechanism is fully engaged by pulling the water trap, which should be firmly seated.
• Connect a Sampling Line to the gas sampling port.
• Perform a pre-use test (refer to the host instrument Instruction For Use).
