Its a CV - not much context person was part of a team which worked autonomously, and hence made decisions on their own. This is an executive position in the English speaking western world, but in Italian, "executive" is a whole other thing. Much higher up, as there is a different scaling for autonomy in Italian autocrasies which is rarely allowed at the level I am describing in English, whereby even younger people are given executive recognition uin their title for the responsibility they carry. The problem is that the Italian translation will make the person sound almost like the CEO.

context? Any chance you could put in the paragraph or at minimum the sentence (and explain the context) where these words occur? On their own they could have 20 different translations.....
