and it includes : Present history , Past history , Marital history , pre & post natal history .... etc ..
And this is refered to in the above text by ( factual information ) .

But the word ( background ) here , referes to another related informations , important to be recorded .. such as his social relations .... and it is also should be included in the history of the case , ...... and I see that the word ( background ) , must be translated per se .. in the above context , and must be translated by itself side by side to the word ( History ) , .... as the context stressed on it separately .

This is my modest opinion , ... and sorry for elongation !
