zabaione allo champagne

La ricetta originale dello zabaione prevede il Marsala; una variante raffinata è quella allo Champagne. "Frutta marinata", ripeto, non va bene; siccome, probabilmente, questa frutta viene macerata nel succo di limone, con aggiunta di zucchero, spezie, forse liquore, ti consiglio di usare piuttosto il termine "macedonia", anche se in genere traduce "fruitsalade".
