When you say hear hjertespids, I think of the off/on-ramps from one road onto a road beneath/over, but I am probably overthinking it.
Wye, Swingnose crossings and some of the other types listed as junctions on the bottom of the Swingnose page might all serve you as hjertespids, but you have more details than I do.
