Danish term

modforretning

agree Andrew Alix : I agree. My answer above was in line with setting up a counter firm. Don't know what I was thinking.

parallel (or concurrent) company

What is being done is to start up a firm with the same term life as the contract in order to protect the income from swinging currency values. Since the Contract is for a specific sum in USD, this could result in a loss for a long term contract if the currency drops in value.
Note from asker:
I'm not so sure. I suspect that forretning here refers to a transaction, not a company. I was expecting something like "counter-transaction", but I will wait and see if there are other suggestions.
