Sam, the term \"راقم\" is used in Iraq. It means \"موقع قتال\", that is محاور قتالية على الجبهة.
ألقي نظرة على هذا الحوار القديم بين صدّام وبارزاني حيث ترد كلمة راقم أكثر من مرّة بما يعني موقع أو محور قتالي على الجبهة
