Translation Vs. Personal point of view! I think we all agree that the role of translator is not to force his view point on the source text, it is simply to translate, except in some conditions where he is given the freedom to do some positive alterations to enhance the poor quality of the source text, which is not the case here. In addition, the field/subject is MANAGEMENT and not EDUCATION. anyhow, the asker has not usedالمعلم in his translation, as mentioned below. This is not intended to prove that someone is wrong for the sake of that, but it is to use RIGHT TERMS as this is a discussion space & this site is professionally dedicated to translation, especially that any chosen term is entered in Kudoz open glossary & will be used as guide for others from the site & outside, so WONDERING is not the case, IT'S ABOUT all THE ABOVE REASONS. Facilitator = المعلم !!!!! Is this a new meaning for the word," Facilitator"!!!! How could anyone ever say that the translation of facilitator is المعلم !! I am a professional facilitator myself & I assure u it can never be translated as المعلم ! Thank you!
