I think comarcas becomes redundant,
Simply... the shores of La Janda, ... etc... is self explanatory
And, obviously, you can't really say that it is the shore/beach itself that does the washing/lapping or even bathing - at least not in English!

beaches which run through the areas of La Janda, Bajo Guadalquivir.......
bathing is a false friend in this context, beaches can't bathe!!

I had to look this one up. apparently bañar can also be 'to extend', or 'to enlarge'. not too sure though.

After reading Carol’s suggestion, I looked at the sentence again and, yes it clearly needs to be rejigged to read “where the sea/water/oceans bathe(s)/wash(es) the shores of the ……….districts”
