I've just translated a Service Agreement with approximately 1,500 words from English into Brazilian Portuguese in connection with the film industry segment. I do love translating contracts and agreements! This time I had the opportunity to learn a new expression, which was a real bonus!

Just delivered a Military Status Certification from Portuguese to US English. It was an interesting project because it was issued in European Portuguese and I could learn a military expression unusual in Brazil. So, I had to localize its meaning to Brazilian Portuguese in my mind to provide a suitable translation in English.

I've just finished translating a market research document from English into Brazilian Portuguese. I really enjoyed working on this project because it provided me with insights on how different people think about the same products.

I've just proofread a 2-page legal report from Brazilian Portuguese to US English. It was an interesting job because although it was not badly written, I had to rewrite some portions for better clarity and naturalness, as well as replace some specific legal terminology.

Today I worked on anti-corruption training material from English into Brazilian Portuguese. The text was so well written and clear that I was able to accomplish the task within a few hours. I do enjoy working with human resource texts.

Today, I translated two income tax returns from Brazilian Portuguese to English. Fortunately, the second document was quite similar to the first one. I just needed to change figures and delete some additional titles. I also translated some education texts, which I like very much. It was a busy day, indeed, but a nice one.
