Objects of the Company:
The main objects for which the Company is formed are:
(A) to carry on and develop in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi the business of administration and business services;
(B) to incorporate, establish and invest severally or jointly with third parties, in establishments, companies or economic enterprises;
(c) to do all such other things as are desirable or necessary for, or incidental to, achieving the purposes mentioned above or as may conveniently be carried on in conjunction with the above,
