Description Embora seja um dos editores de texto mais utilizados atualmente, a maioria dos usuários do Microsoft Word não conhece ou não utiliza boa parte das suas funcionalidades, de modo que acabam perdendo tempo com tarefas repetitivas e maçantes que o computador poderia fazer de forma mais rápida e quase sempre melhor. Entre os recursos do programa geralmente subaproveitados estão as poderosas funções Localizar e Substituir, que podem ser extremamente úteis para tradutores, especialmente para revisar o próprio trabalho ou o de colegas, pré-editar o texto original antes de traduzir ou pós-editar o texto traduzido. Neste curso são apresentadas e praticadas diversas possibilidades de aproveitar melhor esses recursos, incluindo: - localização e substituição de conteúdo, - localização e substituição de formatação, - localização e substituição de caracteres especiais (marcas de parágrafo, tabulações, etc.), - utilização de caracteres curinga, - elaboração e uso de expressões regulares. Todo o conteúdo é apresentado por meio de demonstrações práticas com o programa. Target audience - Tradutores e revisores que utilizam CAT tools integradas ao Word; - tradutores e revisores que traduzem ou revisam no Word; - tradutores e revisores que utilizam o Word para preparar os textos antes ou após a tradução.
