Problem adding DeepL API key

Hello, I just bought Trados 2019 and I installed the DeepL add-on. When I try to add the API key, I get this message: Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json, Version=12.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4fe6aeed' when connecting to Language Cloud or creating Package. Any ideas?

A similar problem from 2014 was attributed to a faulty .NET installation:
