Agenda looks great for me (especially tax specialists). Maybe we could start about ah hour earlier? (I'm living quite outside, so coming back in 10-11 at night... booo).
I doubt Liverpool has silent corners ))) but at the moment could not suggest anything more peaseful - and big enough to lodge 13-15 persons

Thanks for the great agenda. What if we just discuss "hot buttons" of our life (work and leisure), smth that worries us, exchange our ways to achieve success, etc. instead of learning AmE in sub-point c).

Inviting a lawyer and tax specialist sounds like a great idea to me.

Just a question: December 15 happens to be Monday, perhaps it's more reasonable to move the meeting to Saturday or Sunday right about noon?
As for me, I'm interested in legal and financial issues plus, and I'm not inclined to discuss any linguistic issues whatsoever.

1. Место проведения встречи – забегаловка «Ливерпуль» предназначена для шумных подростков, а не для серьезных мероприятий, поэтому, я предлагаю собраться в кафе «Латинский квартал», в котором уже проводилось собрание переводчиков весной этого года. Впечатления от этого заведения – очень приятные.
2. Время проведения собрания – 17:00
3. Участники – приглашать можно любых переводчиков и специалистов по языкознанию и переводоведению, а также беседовать на любые темы в указанных сферах человеческого знания. ▲ Collapse

Полностью поддерживаю идею с переносом встречи на субботу или воскресенье, ведь некоторые из нас еще имеют и основное место работы. Да и вернуться домой хотелось бы раньше, чем 11-12 ночи - не все живут в Донецке. А такси ночью сами понимаете стоит...

Но следует учесть, что в любом пункте занудствовать не позволим, и в зависимости от общего настроения будем менять тему и стиль.
Приэтом повестка дня - это в основном "вбрасывание шайбы" чтобы помочь нам стартовать. Далее - не маленькие - сами определим, кому с кем и о чем. ▲ Collapse

Есть Ливерпуль - столовая, а есть Ливерпуль Арт Мьюзик, - там довольно уютно красиво и замечательно - на входе у охраны надо спросить и он вас проведет в Арт Мьюзик Бар. Латинский тоже ничего, и дешевле, но там в прошлый раз был паувау.

Господа, я не знаю как приложить файл в рассылку по Powwow.
Поэтому, если нетрудно, сообщите мне свои адреса, злупотреблять и "грузить" не буду, не могу, и не хочу.
А вот таблицу для голосования через 2 недели хочу разослать и получить заполненную. А эти две недели предлагаю посвятить идеям участников, чтоб было за что голосовать.
Я буду в командировке и начиная с завтрашнего дня до воскресенья буду помалкивать.
