В отношении мер электробезопасности электроустановки разделяются на электроустановки выше 1 кВ в сетях с изолированной нейтралью (РУ-6 кВ) и электроутановки до 1 кВ с глухозаземленной нейтралью.
Для защитного заземления проектируемого электрооборудования используются контур заземления ТП, в которой заземляющее устройство является общим для электроустановок 6(10) и 0,4 кВ.
Основной мерой защиты персонала от поражения электрическим током в сети 0,4 кВ с глухозаземленной нейтралью является защитное зануление. Все нетоковедущие части электрооборудования надежно занулить для чего использовать нулевые жилы кабелей в соответствии с главой 1.7 ПУЭ. Защитное зануление выполняется путём присоединения металлических нетоковедущих частей электрооборудования, брони и металлической оболочки кабелей, коробов, труб электропроводок и металлоконструкций к контуру заземления питающей ТП с использованием нулевых и заземляющих жил питающих и распределительных сетей. На вводах в здания и сооружения выполняется система уравнивания потенциалов.

With regard to the electrical safety measures the electric installations fall into electric installations over 1kV in the isolated neutral networks (SY-6kV) and electric installations under 1kV with solidly-earthed neutral.
The earthing network of TS, in which the earthing device is common for 6(10) and 0.4kV electric installations, is used for the protective earth of electric equipment.
The main measure of personnel protection against electric shock in the 0.4kV network with solidly-earthed neutral is the protective neutral earthing. All the non-conducting parts of electric equipment shall be neutral earthed, wherefore the neutral cable conductors shall be used in accordance with chapter 1.7 of EIR. The protective neutral earthing is performed by connecting the metal non-conducting parts of electric equipment, armour and metal sheath of cables, trays, ducts of electric circuit wiring and metalware to the earthing network of supply TS using the neutral and earthing conductors of power distribution networks. The potential equalization system is executed at the lead-in terminals to the buildings and facilities.
